I like the receptionist, she was really friendly, you also can just ask about the package for island hopping from her. Room was okay, air conditioning functioning well

Nice place, in a good location

It’s a nice place, really good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, self service coffee and tea. Helpful staff, they clean the room every day

It’s a little bit old, all the furniture needs to be changed ( my personal opinion). It’s next to a restaurant, with life music every night.

Good

The woman who owns the place was lovely and helped answer lots of questions we had about getting to Khao Sok, even booking our bus for us. This is good value for a one or two night stopover in Ao Nang as it's right in the centre, a short walk from the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The place is dated but we felt comfortable and the room was massive. It can get noisey at night as the bar next door has live music until about 1am but on the advice of another reviewer we simply went for some beers and joined them! Great Thai rock cover band!

The place is pretty dated but we knew that and it was inexpensive so perfect for a one night stopover.

The host or lady in reception was superb :) Very friendly and everything went smoothly

The host was nice and kind. Everything except cleaning was good there. Nice big balcony where you can sit with a lot of people.

I left room power on/electricity on but The cleaning lady everyday messed with air condition so it was every disturbing to go to the boiling room. Had to power on air condition and wait outside little bit then it was okay to go in.

Great stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location wise is great, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and nearby have alot of convenience store and places to eat (mostly indian-thai restaurant).

Bathroom space is too narrow and water pressure for showering is a little bit low, but still acceptable.

Centrally located within short walking distance to the beach. Hosts with good hospitality. Kept clean.

The owners were excellent, always smiling, very helpful with any questions. Thank you for accommodating us to deferent room. The room was very clean every day with water in the fridge and soaps and shampoo. We will definitely come back.the hotel is close to the beach

Happy to have stayed here, friendly staff

Clean, spacious, central to food/beach, very friendly and helpful staff, free coffee, also allowed us to use an extra room instead of adding an additional bed into our family room at no charge, shower water pressure was good

The staff Hamida is really friendly & helpful!

The staff Hamida is really friendly & helpful! I'm muslim so she is, plus she knows how to speak in Malay so it is easy to communicate with her. They also offered cheap price for any package! It is also a good location, 5 mins walking distance to Ao Nang beach & 5 mins to Ao Nang Mosque.

Budget stay so dont expect too much.. Good aircon, reasonably clean room, great smiles.

Aircon was good and so was the ceiling fan. No Cockroaches or lizards found in the room. They readily provide new towels when u request them. Wendy was always with a Smile. Wifi was good. You might want to watch movies on ur mobile rather than TV. Value for money. I paid less than SGD 20 per night so I did not expect 5 star facilities. I liked my stay.

Bed was squeaky every time i turn. Not enough pressure in the shower or toilet flush. You might hit the sink when u sit down on your toilet bowl. So watch out for your head or nose please. Curtains were not thick enough. They don't really sweep the room when you ask them to make the rooms. Only 1 fox channel to watch and the rest was in Thai language. Remote does not work unless u bring it really close to the TV. There is no escalators. Only 2 floors.. So if you cant walk ask for a room on the ground floor. Although rooms on the 2nd floor had more air circulation.

One of the beds on arrival was dirty. The blankets were so thin that we were cold at night with AA at 28. No AA was too cold.

good basic accommodation, really helpful and friendly staff, small kitchen area for guests to use, microwave, toaster , kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, etc.
